Seconds before this sighting, Peter Maxwell Slattery saw what appeared to be a kite flying near his home, during the investigation he couldn't see it, but as he was returning to his backyard, he saw what you see in this video.
About halfway through the footage, Pete leaves the camera on the tripod, pointing at the object, so you can see that that object is moving, as it doesn't touch the camera until the footage is finished, at which time it disappears from view, then that thing is gone.

Summary: Witness report: Just seconds before this sighting, Peter Maxwell Slattery saw what sort of looked like a kite, fly by the side of his house, as he investigated, he could not see it, but when going back to his backyard he saw what you see in this video. About half way into the footage Pete leaves the camera on a tripod pointing at the object, so you can see that this object is moving as he is not touching the camera until just before the footage stops, at which time it is going out of view, next this thing disappeared.
