Initial data
Four bright amber lights flew straight up and into space over the Caribbean Sea in the Virgin Islands. I live on the south shore of St. John in the US Virgin Islands. I went out on the balcony around midnight and first noticed three amber lights.
I ran inside to get binoculars (I thought they were helicopters), and when I returned, I realized that they were not flying in a straight line, but rather UPWARDS. And then there was another one, as if it came out of the Caribbean Sea.
The first three I saw remained built (I couldn't tell if they were connected) and continued to fly up... into space! The fourth, the laggard, did the same and went on the same course as the others.
I also watched it as it slowly disappeared into the clear night sky. There were no sounds. No flashing lights.
I have lived in the Caribbean for 15 years and have never seen anything like what I saw earlier tonight. They were neither jet planes nor flares.
These were real UFOs, and I'm glad that I FINALLY saw such a thing in my life.

I walked onto my balcony at around midnight and noticed, at first, three amber coloured lights. I ran inside to grab my binoculars (I thought they were helicopters) and when i returned, I realized they were not flying in a straight line, but, rather, UP. And then another appeared, as if it came out of the Caribbean Sea. The first three I saw stayed in formation (I couldn’t tell if they were connected) and continued to fly upwards…into space! They fourth, which lagged behind, did the same and followed the same course as the others. I also watched this one as it slowly disappeared into the clear night sky. There were no sounds. No flashing lights. I have lived in the Caribbean for 15 years and I have never seen anything like what I saw earlier tonight. These were not jet airplanes, nor were they flares. These were real UFO’s and I am stoked to have FINALLY seen one in my lifetime.
