The witness and her husband bought a small house by the lake, located about 50 feet (15 m) from the magnificent lake. On the day of the move, she went first with one of the rented trucks loaded, her husband and children had to follow the next day with the last of their belongings.
That night, she moved into their new house around 22: 00; she was too tired to unload anything. She came in, dropped her purse on the floor, and curled up in the one chair that was in the whole house. She clearly remembers leaving the kitchen light over the sink and turning off all the other lights in the house.
The house had been empty for almost two years and was completely empty, except for her and her chair. She fell asleep quickly, and the next thing she remembers is suddenly waking up and she was in total darkness. She sat for a second to get her bearings.
She wondered why the lights are turned off, when it's night here, you can't see a single foot in front of you. There are no street lights or neighbors shedding light from any source. That's when she saw a soft white glow-about five feet in front of her and about three feet (0.9 m) from the floor.
She remembers that she felt not fear, but confusion, wondering what it was. He started moving vertically around the room, he turned slightly, and then she saw what she described as a left shoulder and arm. It was like an X-ray. The arm was bent at the elbow and moved with a white glow.
That's when it started clicking in her head. She realized that it must be some kind of ghost. That's when everything started clicking in her head.
She just "rolled" off the chair, flew to the kitchen and turned on the light. As soon as the light came on, he was gone. She knew that she had left the kitchen light on, why it was turned off, she does not know. There was no blown fuse or blown light bulb. After that night, she began to see movement out of the corner of her eye, walking down the corridor to the family room. This happened several times a week.
None of the family members saw it. One night, she was watching TV and saw movement again. This time she saw, looking directly at him, this tiny ball of light the size of a marble floating down the corridor.
The light was only a few inches from the floor. He disappeared when he entered the family room. She also photographed large floating balls of light.

She fell asleep quickly and the next thing she recalls was waking abruptly and she was in complete blackness. She sat for a second getting her bearings. She wondered why the lights were off, when night falls here you cannot see a foot in front of your face. There are no street lights or neighbors to shed light of any source. That’s when she saw a soft white glow—it was about five feet in front of her and about three feet off the floor. She remembers feeling no fear, but confusion, wondering what it was. It started to move vertically across the room, it turned slightly and that’s when she saw what she described as a left shoulder and arm. It looked like an X-ray image. She just rolled off the side of the chair and flew to the kitchen and flicked on the light. Once the light went on it was gone. After that night she started seeing out of the corner of her eye movement coming down the hall the way to the family room. This was happening several times a week. No other family member was seeing this. One night she was watching television and saw the movement again. This time she saw looking straight at it, this tiny marble sized ball of light float down the hall. The light was only a few inches off the floor. It vanished as it entered the family room. She has also photographed large floating orbs of light.
