The following report was made to me on October 23, 2013 via Facebook.
"On October 3, 2007, I was getting out of my car at an establishment in Sioux, Ontario. I noticed 2 men standing at the entrance; one was smoking a cigarette and the other was looking straight at the sky. Then I looked up and noticed a thin dark rectangular object slowly moving from northwest to southeast.
The sun had set just a few minutes ago, so there was still a clear blue sky (no clouds) and no wind. I have determined that the object is at an altitude of 3,000 to 7,000 feet. He flew silently in that direction, and we watched him for 45-55 seconds.
I am familiar with all types of aircraft, and it was something that at this altitude should have been the size of a football field. I can't believe we were the only ones who saw it, but I checked the newspapers and didn't hear anyone else report it."

I observed 2 men standing at the entrance; one was smoking a cigarette but the other was looking straight up to the sky. I then looked up and observed a thin, dark rectangular object traveling slowly from NW to SE. The sun had just set minutes before, so there was still a clear blue sky (no clouds) and no wind. I determined the object to be between 3000 and 7000 ft in altitude. It silently flew in this direction and we observed it for 45-55 seconds. I'm familiar with all types of aircraft and this was something that, at that altitude, had to be the size of a football field. I can't believe we were the only ones to see it, but I checked the papers and heard of no one else reporting it."
