Mysterious substance. Russia

Atmanov Corner, Sosnovsky district, March 21, 1987 02.00. 

The witnesses, A.N. Zherebyatyeva, 51, 2nd secretary of the district committee and her daughter, 25, were asleep when they woke up at about 2.00 from an unusual heat in the room. They got out of bed and noticed a bright fire about 100 meters from the house. They both watched the object for 10-15 minutes. The witnesses describe it as a very large flaming object of orange color, oval shape, with a very bright fire in the center. 

In the lower part of it, a ring of red lights rotated. The source of intense yellow color was located on a material resembling a chrome surface. Both women were extremely scared. The object itself glowed with the brightness of the Moon, but the lights on it were much brighter. After about 15 minutes, A.N. Zherebyatyeva opened the window to get a better look at the object and hear the sounds it made (there was complete silence). The object rose from the ground at the moment when the window opened. Gaining altitude, he rose and moved east, at an altitude of about 30 meters turned south and flew in this direction for about a quarter of a kilometer, and then turned west along a country road and soon disappeared in the distance behind the trees. The initial rate of ascent was quite high, but then the object dropped and flew at the same altitude until it disappeared. 

The object seemed solid and was clearly outlined. The secretary of the district committee consulted a doctor about a nervous shock received as a result of fright. The witnesses reported the fact to the police, but nothing is known about the facts of the investigation. No electrical appliances were used during the observation. However, a few months before this incident, there was a dimming of the lamps in the house, the failure of the radio and TV. After the repair, they began to work normally. No such effects were observed during the observation. 

The witnesses came to the landing site the next morning. They found a large ring inside which all vegetation was completely destroyed, as well as several deep dents filled with foul-smelling liquid. These dents were 10 meters apart from each other, were 3 meters in diameter and 10 centimeters deep. All five dents stretched from the circle with dried vegetation to the country road.
