UFO. Latvia

I saw a strange light in the summer of 1995 (June). I was running cross-country (5 km) on the beach late at night at 11 o'clock. I'm not sick, because I met the same sports fans much later.

At 2 a.m. it was cloudy, but the moon was full and therefore it was not very dark. I was running and my attention was attracted by a flash of light from the Gulf of Riga (IMHO, near the horizon).At first I thought it was a rocket launcher shot, but when a ball of light appeared almost next to me after 10-15 seconds (if on a plane) and illuminated a small cloud with a bright white light, the thought of a plate immediately appeared.

The clouds were low and the light source was very powerful. The spot of light in diameter was equal to the diameter of a 5 kopeck coin of the USSR.

It was definitely not a helicopter, there was no noise and the version about the plane disappears (I watched the light for about 1 min. in one place). What was the height ? I can't say for sure either, but the light spot was higher than the cloud (1.5 km IMHO).

Ball lightning also disappears, because without a thunderstorm, it does not happen IMHO. I can't say what was emitting light either, because I didn't see it.

There were witnesses of this light. One athlete said that these were probably Russian secret planes flying to Sweden for reconnaissance.
