Initial data
2 large bright points of light were seen over Schin op Geul (Limburg region).
An eyewitness writes:
2 large balls. Bigger than a star. The color was constantly changing from yellow to red-orange. They kept the same distance from each other. They didn't seem to move, but after about 15 minutes they dropped lower and disappeared behind the houses from our field of vision. I have a video. I saw it with my partner
The most likely explanation according to ufomeldpunt.nl - planets:
Venus and Jupiter. They are close, big and bright to see. The rapid atmosphere and the refraction of light make them change color, dance and pulse
Original news
2 grote heldere lichtpunten.
SCHIN OP GEUL, LB — 2 grote lichtbollen.
Hypotheses
The heavenly bodies
The brightest heavenly bodies in the sky are Venus, Jupiter, and sometimes Mars and, of course, the Moon.
Venus is the bright yellow of the evening or morning star, shining in the sky on the background of evening or dawn. Maximum brightness of Venus can reach up to 4.3 m, and she is the third brightness of the sun in earth's sky after the sun and the moon. It so well reflects the light of the Sun that it is relatively easy to see and day, especially if you know the location. It manifests itself in the form of tiny blinking white dots.
Investigation
These are probably really bright planets.
