Bolivia: UFO allegedly trying to communicate in "Morse code"

A new sighting of a possibly alien car occurred in Bolivia and quickly went viral on social media.

The latest sighting occurred in the Bolivian capital of La Paz. Residents claimed to have seen a very powerful flashing light that tried to imitate Morse code. One person noticed:
"It was a light that was constantly flashing, but it was too bright and intense."
Another local resident added:
"He was blinking. It looked like he was trying to communicate using Morse code."
Residents were able to record images of the alleged alien object as it flashed for five minutes, as if transmitting a message, and then disappeared.
Ufologist Angela Aguilar explained:
"This Morse code has been used in the past, and even binary codes have been used. This is how signals were sent from Earth in search of life in other worlds."
