The mother received help from paranormal researchers who claim that the ghost corresponds to a girl who died at an old mill, which in the past was in the same place. They told Francesca that the girl lived many centuries ago, and that her name was Lily, and that her spirit is present in this apartment building.

"I believe in the supernatural, but it's strange to see it through the camera, and not with my own eyes," Francesca continued to explain. “ The apartment building where my friend lives used to be an old mill that was converted into apartments. The medium contacted me and said that it could be a girl named Lily who comes to look for her parents. At first I thought it must be a shadow, but when I looked closely at the image, it definitely looked like a ghost girl."
