The next photo of the alleged UFO from the capital had to wait until the summer. On the afternoon of July 16, two white objects of a very characteristic shape of "clouds with a leg" or "mushrooms" were photographed over Targuvek. The story of their author, DW, sheds light on this question:
"Approx. time. On the 19th, my family called me into the yard to take pictures of the strange objects seen a moment earlier. These objects, in my opinion, were at an altitude of about 13 -15, and maybe 20 km above the earth's surface.
Almost for a good 10-15 minutes. they didn't move at all. Then when I went for 2 min. when they went to the toilet and returned, they disappeared as suddenly as they appeared.
It follows from my analysis that these objects had a metal body, which is in no way indicated by the reflection of sunlight reflecting from each other. I excluded the so-called weather balloons, because they were released in the amount of one at 13:00 in Legionovo near Warsaw.
I also can't estimate what kind of objects they were, I used a 400mm lens to photograph them. The objects must have been bigger than the airliner flying underneath them for a moment, it wasn't that obvious. I and 4 other people saw them."
Unfortunately, the absence of the original photos (which were most likely deleted) made additional detailed analysis difficult. If the report is correct and the testimony is correct, we are dealing with an incident with several unknowns, including, first of all, the origin of the objects and the question of their disappearance.
Various hypotheses appeared: from airships, unusual clouds, "helium foam" to other unspecified flying objects (which also suggested that the report's estimate of the size of objects may be somewhat exaggerated). Most likely, however, it seems that these are just stuck balloons, and the elements hanging at the bottom are strings that hold them. Perhaps they ran away from someone during a wedding or a holiday.

Na kolejne zdjęcie domniemanego UFO ze stolicy trzeba było poczekać do lata. Popołudniem 16 lipca nad Targówkiem sfotografowane zostały dwa białe obiekty o bardzo charakterystycznym kształcie „obłoków z nóżką” lub „grzybków”. Relacja ich autora, D.W. pozwala rzucić na tą sprawę nieco więcej światła:
„Ok. godz. 19. zostałem zawołany przez rodzinę na podwórko celem wykonania zdjęć dziwnych obiektów, które zostały zaobserwowane chwilę wcześniej. Obiekty te w mojej ocenie znajdowały się na wysokości około 13 -15 a może nawet i 20 km nad powierzchnia ziemi. Praktycznie przez dobre 10 -15 min. w żaden sposób się nie poruszały. Następnie gdy poszedłem na 2 min. do toalety i wróciłem znikły tak samo nagle jak i się pojawiły. Z analizy, którą wykonałem wynika iż obiekty te miały metaliczną obudowę , bynajmniej na to wskazuje odblask światła słonecznego jakie od siebie odbijały. Wykluczyłem przy okazji tzw. balony meteorologiczne ponieważ takowe są puszczane w liczbie jednej sztuki o godzinie 13. w podwarszawskim Legionowie. Nie jestem też w stanie ocenić czym były te obiekty, do ich fotografowania użyłem obiektywu 400 mm. Obiekty musiały mieć wielkość większą od lecącego chwilę pod nimi samolotu pasażerskiego, tak bynajmniej było to widać. Widziane były przeze mnie i 4 inne osoby.”
Niestety, brak oryginalnych fotografii (które najprawdopodobniej zostały skasowane) sprawił, że dodatkowa szczegółowa analiza została utrudniona. Jeśli relacja jest prawdziwa, a wskazania słuszne, mamy do czynienia z incydentem z kilkoma niewiadomymi, w tym przede wszystkim pochodzeniem obiektów oraz sprawą ich zniknięcia. Pojawiły się różne hipotezy: od sterowców, nietypowych obłoków, „pianki helowej” do innych bliżej nieokreślonych obiektów latających (co jednocześnie zakładało, że podana w relacji ocena wielkości obiektów może być nieco przesadzona). Najbardziej prawdopodobne wydaje się jednak, że to po prostu sczepione ze sobą balony, zaś zwisające u dołu elementy to linki to ich trzymania. Mogły uciec komuś w czasie wesela lub festynu.
