He followed us from work to home with a green flashing light. And when we were standing in our garden, he fell somewhere, as if he had landed there. It was about 23:15.

Watch this raw footage of an animal cam recording creatures going to the water hole for a drink. This little rat is seen twice trying to get a drink, but each time he get too frighted of these two flying orbs near him. Animals an sense things that humans cannot, they also often have great night vision so they can see in the dark the things that are hidden from our own eyes.

Illusions associated with the refraction and reflection of light
Reflection is a physical process of interaction of waves or particles with the surface, changing the direction of the wave front at the boundary of two media with different properties, in which the wave front returns into the medium from which it came. The reflection may be specular (that is, such as is observed when using a mirror) or diffuse (in this case, the reflection is not saved the path of the rays from the object, but only the energy component of the luminous flux) depending on the nature of the surface.
Subject when shooting with flash or backlight
Reflection of the flash on objects and small living creatures that are out of focus at the time of photographing.
Objects and light sources out of focus
When the objects are out of focus, their silhouettes blurred and poorly recognizable. They can look like dark or colored translucent stain. This is often the cobwebs, spiders, insects in front of the camera.
Investigation
The video does not fit with the eyewitness account. On it, based on the nature of the movements, a web in IR illumination is captured, located quite close to the camera.
