We read an article in your newspaper "Exactly at 4.10..." And after that, we immediately decided to report that we had seen a similar case in the middle of summer, but we knew that it was important.

This summer we went to rest in the village. it is located in the Ivanovo region, Ilyinsky district.

One evening, when we went for a walk after the movie, and, as usual, we did not immediately go to bed, but sat on the porch and looked for the Big and Little Bears. Looking for a Bear in the sky, we saw a yellow spot. It wasn't very big, and we didn't pay attention to it - we thought it was a star. Then we saw that this spot began to spread and reached a very large size.

We roughly sketched and from the end there were, as it were, radiation lines. Another one of us joked: "Vo! someone is transmitting something. Probably because we're sitting here."This cloud has moved away towards Ivanov, leaving a red trail behind it. No one believed us who we didn't tell, but here is your note, and we decided to write to you.

It was in the middle of June, we don't remember the date, 1984. At night, about one o'clock in the morning.
