I want to respond to your request to report anything who has seen any phenomena in the atmosphere. Yes, my workmate and I had to face a similar phenomenon in the fall. it was at the end of October or already in November.
I can't say the exact date, because I didn't attach any importance to it until I read the article in the newspaper. I was walking home in the evening with my friend after work. The evening was frosty and the sky was clear, the stars were visible. The time was about 20 to 21.. our residential area is called Pagiriai (it is 12-15 km from Vilnius). Suddenly, above the forest, high in the sky, a glowing oval-shaped ball appeared ahead of us. he hung in the sky like a star, like a big star. it was smaller than the moon. a very bright beam was clearly radiating from this ball (as if a spotlight was shining). The brightness of the beam exceeded the brightness of the ball. This ray shone straight down as if moving away from us. All this spectacle quietly disappeared over the horizon. then it was dark again.
I also joked loudly to my friend, "Look, a flying saucer." All this happened in less than 30 seconds.
