After reading the article "Exactly at 4.10", we thought it necessary to inform you that we observed a similar phenomenon on September 1, 1984, while fishing.
At 4-20 Moscow time, we noticed a glowing spot in the sky, bright green in color, shaped like an ellipse. The distance to it was great. It became light. a ray went from him to the ground. having reached the ground, the beam began to diverge to the sides, forming a cone, resting its base on the ground, and the top on the spot. After that, waves began to diverge from the spot and from the glowing cone in different directions at high speed. When the waves reached us, it was even possible to read by this light. Gradually, the waves dissipated, and the beam also shone brightly, illuminating a large area until dawn. With the dawn, the beam began to disappear. The spot remained bright and its ellipse stretched almost to the ground. Only at sunrise, the spot began to disappear.
It wasn't just the two of us who saw this phenomenon. There were many fishermen on the river bank. If necessary, we can find two.
