Approximately 30 degrees from the horizon line to the north (Leningrad), a bright glow was observed. the night was dark, and there was a bright daytime blue sky in the sky, like a TV screen, the edges of this spot in the clouds, i.e. merged with the blackness of the sky. having reached a bright glow in the sky from this spot, scattering began, like a radio wave, and this wave dissipated over the village of Selishche.

As Kushkina Zinaida says, there was a bright star near this spot, which I did not have to observe, and stars are not observed in the sky at this angle.

I woke up my wife, who also observed this phenomenon within 30 minutes. the spot did not disappear and did not move, it was motionless. Then there was a trail in the form of clouds (tail), which went north closer to the horizon.

I do not know how long this spot shone, because they went to rest, and at the time of observation it was without any movements.
