I inform you that I also had to observe an unusual phenomenon.

It was on Monday, January 21 of this year at 17-15. The air temperature is -20 degrees, windless. The sky is clear.

I was returning home from the Main Post Office and, as usual, I was not walking along the sidewalk, but across the platform past the exhibition halls and for some reason I looked forward and up and suddenly saw some kind of yellowish-orange celestial body the size of a saucer above the house. It sailed from left to right, that is, from west to east. It sailed easily and slowly, at the same time descending, outlining the not quite oval shape of the path. I slowed down my steps, almost stopped and stared intently at his sides - to the left and to the right - some "tongues" were visible, one on each side, which then rose, then fell, or maybe appeared and disappeared. In the center of it was the same: something seemed to rise and fall.

When the visions were hiding behind the house, I ran to the embankment of the Red Fleet. There's a big horizon, but I didn't see anything anywhere. My observation lasted about 12-15 seconds.
