Last night in Auckland I didn't find anything else on the Internet about these balls, but very curious! They looked like they were floating in the sky. There are 5 of them in total, but I only have 4 in the video.

Are these drones or possible UFOs?

Couldn’t find anything else online about these orbs in Oakland last night but super curious! They looked like they were floating while moving across the sky. Total of 5 of them but I only got 4 in the video.

Sky Lantern
Sky Lantern (Chinese flashlight, Thai flashlight) - paper flying luminous structure made of rice paper stretched on a light wooden frame, bamboo ring, burner.
Investigation
Based on the external vision, these are sky lanterns.

They were Chinese lanterns. I was next to them in Emeryville/Berkeley. At first I saw one above the hospital and stopped to write it down. Once under it, I saw that it was a lantern and it was being released around the house or residential complex next to it. Here is a link in imgur, which also has a timestamp.
