In 1983, I was on vacation 14 km from the mountains. Ukmerge in June-July. At night, I walked near the planted potatoes. Guarded from wild boars. So I watched for many nights and therefore the view of both the earth and the sky was well recorded in my memory.

One night my attention was attracted by one luminary, which was not in the previous night walks. It is very interesting, I followed the luminary, which was twice, and maybe more, than Venus. In general, it was very different from other stars and was less than half the distance from me to the horizon on the south side. It was after one o'clock on a new day. I watched the luminary standing in place for a few minutes after the luminary headed towards the south at a very high speed. Several times faster than meteorites and hid behind the horizon.

I didn't write down the exact date and time because of Polish literature. I didn't notice any rays on the ground. I didn't see the object itself, only a bright luminary. Apparently it was a similar object described in the newspaper Trud.
