The Alien. Latvia

Observations of anomalous phenomena in the area of the cities of Kuldigi and Skrunda, the Republic of Latvia.

In the summer of 1990, residents living in the specified area began to receive reports of frequent observations of moving luminous objects in the evening and night sky.

So, on March 14, from nine o'clock in the evening, an enchanting performance took place in the sky. To the south-east of the city of Skrunda, four clusters of fire circles appeared, which moved in different directions, hovered in immobility, and moved again. Some of them temporarily disappeared, but then appeared in the front place.

The number of objects in each cluster ranged from ten to twenty. Then all these clusters rose higher above the forest, the intensity of the displacement of objects within the system increased, the frequency of disappearances and appearances.

After a few minutes, individual objects began to descend from each cluster to the ground, disappearing behind the forest, until they all disappeared behind the trees and individual rushing objects disappeared.

On other days, it was possible to notice the flights of spherical objects in the daytime.

At the request of the local authorities, the Latvian Association of Ufology and Energy Exchange visited the area twice, examined it from the air.

In the course of these works, a number of contacts were made with Extraterrestrial Civilizations in charge of this area. According to the information received by the contactees, the observed red balls are alien objects that control the technical installations of earthlings here.

We asked a lot of other questions and received answers to almost all of them, it was felt

benevolent attitude towards people.

Interestingly, independently of each other, two contactees were told at the end of their work: "for the entire time of contact in the zone, a biorobot communicated with you."
