On July 19, 1978, at about 22-30, an eyewitness noticed a disc-shaped object, milky white in color, dim. At the beginning of the observation, he was hanging over a group of houses in the western part of the sky. After about 1 minute, it began to move slowly in a southerly direction and, after describing an arc of about 90 degrees for 3 minutes, it fixed itself in a new position approximately above the Verasa shopping center." When moving, he "flew" between two 9-storey buildings located next to each other. After another 1 minute, the object "went out". The eyewitness had a camera with him and he managed to take 5 pictures. The film was developed using sensitivity enhancement (the eyewitness is an experienced amateur photographer).

According to the photographs, the size of the object was 1-3 m.

The eyewitness saw only the disk in different projections. He did not see the cone-shaped "appendages" and "halos."
