INFORMATION about the observation of an unusual atmospheric phenomenon Ivanov P.A.

On September 8, 1980, at about 20h40 min., I observed a bright flash that lasted 1.5-2 seconds. Perhaps by checking the constellations, you will find anomalies. The phenomenon was neither a meteorite nor a satellite.

22. Additional data - Since the Van employee determined that this is a radiant particle, i.e. a meteorite, my interest has disappeared, I agree. I thought there was some kind of catastrophe in the universe. I have accompanied the location with a drawing.
