I got out of the car and saw that the "star" from the upper left part of the cloud was slowly moving to the right part of it, but slightly lower. Then the "star" stopped and directed a very large beam at the earth. This beam covered the opposite shore of the Gulf of Finland and, partially, houses in the village of Sosnovaya Polyana, as well as Marshal Zhukov Street. We were standing under the beam.

The light of the beam was not bright, like that of a fluorescent lamp. It would be similar to an openwork cone-shaped tower. Windows, doors, and openings of lighted houses became clearly visible. The trees were also clearly visible. It became scary. All the observers stood in silence.

Then the "spotlight" went a little to the left, and then to the right. It seemed that something was being examined with the help of the beam.

The cloud became "cleaner" at this time (before that it was similar to a layered cloud). Then the beam stopped in place and was "turned off". It became very dark.

The "star" then slowly went up and reached the level of the stars, where it stopped and turned on the beam again. This ray was also not bright, but so huge that there was no end in sight. The beam was directed parallel to the ground at an angle of 90° towards the ave. Veterans. It turned out to be like a tunnel between the stars.

Those stars that were illuminated by the beam became more clearly visible and we realized how far they are from us, how huge the Cosmos is, how small our earth is compared to it.

The star was moving higher and higher towards the Gulf of Finland. She walked in a straight line between the stars, and the beam became like her tail. The speed of the "star" increased and it became less and less. Then she was gone. The beam was not visible either.
