EYEWITNESS: Dobrokhrtov E.V., 23 years old, newspaper employee
On December 19, 1981, at the recreation center "Green Wedge" of the Sibselmash plant, Iskitimsky district of the Novosibirsk region, a kilometer south of the village of Bystrovka. We saw the object with his wife and 4-year-old daughter.
After about 20 minutes, it turned out that the object was also observed by an employee of the base - Kukushkin.
We were walking around the base in the evening, after dark, when I noticed that the sky had lightened in the south, above the forest. There were clouds with gaps in that direction, the rest of the sky was clear.
After a while, I saw that a ray was moving in the sky from east to west, directed parallel to the earth. The object was moving fast (possibly at the speed of a passenger jet). Sometimes he disappeared behind the clouds for a short time, reappearing. The beam was bluish and electric, diverged widely and was not extended (i.e. it was very similar to the one in my other observation). He moved silently.
There was a nebula behind him, dim but visible enough. It did not have the shape of an airplane track, but was wide and vague. Then the object suddenly disappeared. Maybe he disappeared behind the clouds, but it seemed to us that there were no clouds in this direction (it was not possible to determine exactly, only the night was dark); it seemed that the light was turned off at the object. My wife believed that the object had turned the other way, and therefore the light disappeared.
After the disappearance of the object, the glow in the sky was observed for another 5 minutes, gradually it
It was fading.
It was possible to establish almost the exact time. It was really at 7 p.m.: the object was seen just during the start of dinner in the dining room of the recreation center - 19 hours. The sky was completely dark, without the slightest glimmer of the evening dawn. The stars are perfectly visible where they are not obscured by clouds.
By the way, if the drivers saw the object closer than we did, they should not have been
in Novosibirsk, and in the direction of the Altai Territory.
We were in a straight line 40-50 km from Novosibirsk, and the object was seen in the opposite direction from it.
The brightness of the beam is about the same as in the other case (June 1981) However, the luminous dots were not observed this time (apparently, due to the fact that they were far from the trajectory, and observed the object as if from the side).
We have not seen anything like this on our "head". Nothing darker than the sky at the base of the beam was seen.
- the size of the "nebula": 36° in height, 60°-70° in azimuth.
We did not notice the object immediately after its appearance; it disappeared suddenly. It seems to us that the object did not describe a curve, but moved parallel to the horizon.
