We observed an unusual phenomenon together with my wife in the summer of 1980. We were located about 6 km south of Pushchino, not far from the Linden Alley of the manor garden, under this name the place is known to local historians of Pushchino. I can't specify the exact month, but it was in the period from June 4 to the third decade of July. What we saw happened in the afternoon in warm sunny weather. His wife noticed the unusual phenomenon. She said excitedly, "Look, the plane is falling!" I saw a falling object, similar in color to an airplane, as seen from afar. The shape is indeterminate, as if changing. the object is angular and flat, oriented horizontally. It was falling vertically, not at all like an airplane would fall. I noticed the object at an angle of view somewhere around 45 degrees to the horizon or slightly higher. Then the object turned into the skeleton of a truncated 4-carbon pyramid made of pipes connected by balls. / that "pyramid", seen unusually clearly, slowly, as if on a parachute, descended behind the trees of the ravine in front of us and it was not visible. The "pyramid" had a steel color and looked "like new." I didn't see anything else unusual. A drawing of the object seen is attached.

The pyramid had approximately the same height and width at the base. if she were in front of me, it would be 1-2 m, this is the size I saw her from afar. I think it was about 1 km away from what I saw.

My feelings were like this. I was impressed by the strangeness of what I saw. I immediately saw a falling object and immediately exclaimed: "What kind of plane is this! It's not a plane!" First of all, that was unusual. that he was falling somehow smoothly and strictly vertically. Secondly, the incomprehensibility of the form was confusing, some kind of strangeness in general. the feeling that not everything was visible, something else was guessed, which was difficult to define in words. there was no such feeling when the "pyramid" appeared. There was another feeling here, probably related to the unusual clarity of vision of the form. Some kind of false clarity. The object was clearer than it could be compared in such weather at such a distance. The impression can be compared to animation or inconsistency of background and background when using the "wandering mask" method in the cinema.

Besides these feelings, it was so unusual that I said out loud: "Wow!" There was a state close to admiration. I immediately asked my wife: "Something truncated?!" but she was so confused by what she saw that she didn't answer. Following this, I had a feeling that it was unnecessary to talk about this topic. I also said, as if by inertia: "They are experiencing something... new...", but even before he finished, he felt the ridiculousness of the explanation and unwillingness to talk at all on this topic. the initial impulse to run and look immediately faded, the thought flashed that there was an airfield there, and it was inconvenient to go to the airfield, they would also ask: "What do I need?" Such inertia is not peculiar to me at all. We were distracted by some trifle and immediately forgot about the incident.

Until the beginning of October, I did not think about this case once. and I remembered because there was a conversation about UFOs in a circle of friends.

Postscript: Today, on October 4, 1980, I found a place from where we observed an unusual object. it turned out that the pyramid is located just behind those trees where the UFO landed. but it is not visible in summer because of the tops of the leafy trees, and now only the top is visible, and even then, if you look closely.
