A bright meteor lit up the sky over Mexico. The fireball passed over the States of Coahuila, Tamaulipas and Nuevo Leon. This is reported by the Daily Mail.

According to the Mexican Institute of geological and atmospheric research, the meteor flew over Mexico on Tuesday, October 6, at 22:14.

After a while in social networks there were messages that in the city of Lazaro Cardenas was allegedly hit by two meteors. After that, local residents began to publish ads for the sale of meteorite fragments for one million Mexican pesos (47 thousand dollars).

Another user has offered to buy the fly ash, collected after the fall of the meteorite. He asked for 3,800 pesos ($179) for it.
