Pilot (with 18,000 hours of flying) and his passenger in the daytime on may 21, 1966 near willow grove, Pennsylvania, has clearly spotted a UFO in the shape of a disk with a dome on top.

Powell flew on Luscombe at an altitude of about 4,500 feet near willow grove (Pennsylvania), with 15-mile visibility. At about 15:15, after seeing flight of naval aircraft climbing with the naval station Willow Grove Powell noticed the object approaching the back of the aircraft. Noting that the object does not have protrusions, like a plane, he watched closely and saw that it turned sharply to 150-160 degrees and headed to his plane.
When the UFO passed under his right wing, Powell saw that it was a structured object. It seemed that about 100 yards and 30-40 feet in diameter. The General configuration was discoid. The base was bright red, and the dome was glistening white.
Powell and his passenger, miss Muriel Maclaw, turned quickly when a UFO passed by, and briefly noticed it through the right rear window. Then he suddenly disappeared.
Later, Powell called in the naval station willow grove to report the incident. He was flying a North-westerly course, behind the jets. The UFO crossed his windshield from left to right, made a sharp turn across the front, closer on the forehead and walked to the right, disappearing in the South-East.
