Last, the tenth episode of the first season of "Project Blue book is called "Washington carousel" (orig. "The Washington Merry-Go-Round"). In his story in the skies over Washington pass several luminous spheres of UFOs, resulting in the capital of the United States panic. The generals put the Heineken and challenge Quinn to come up with a plausible explanation to stop the panic, while the defence Minister wants to reveal the true nature of the threat, fearing war with the Soviet Union.

The episode begins with the arrival of the Heineken in the capital. They come with Quinn on the specified CI and place the mixture over Washington five glowing spheres. The wife of the Heineken finds the telephone bugged and comes to the girlfriend-the blonde, to tell about it. That, to divert suspicion from himself, takes the authorities on her neighbor, by sending an anonymous message that he is the Communist party.
Hynek returned to his job astronomer, Quinn meets a blonde in a bar and buys her a drink.
In the final scene of the season somewhere in the snow (maybe high in the mountains) a man stops in front of a mysterious obelisk with already familiar characters. The VoiceOver talks about the possibility of the contact of civilizations.
